A cookie is a small file saved by your browser. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, work the same way. This page explains which ones we use, why, and how to manage them.

1. Our approach

  • Only strictly necessary cookies are on by default.
  • Analytics and marketing cookies are off by default. They only turn on if you accept them in the cookie banner.
  • You can change your choices at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of every page.
  • We honour your browser's Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of sharing your information for advertising.

2. Strictly necessary cookies (always on)

They make the site, cart and checkout work, and remember your cookie choices. They are not used to profile you.

  • _shopify_essential (Shopify) — session, checkout, security and consent choices — 1 year
  • cart (Shopify) — your cart contents — 2 weeks
  • cart_currency (Shopify) — cart currency — 2 weeks
  • localization (Shopify) — chosen country and language — 1 year
  • discount_code (Shopify) — discount code received through a link — session
  • shopify_pay, login_with_shop_finalize, __Host-Http-shop_binding (Shopify) — Shop Pay / Shop login, if you use it — 5 minutes to 1 year
  • _shopify_test (Shopify) — checks that your browser accepts cookies — 1 minute
  • Velora Lab local storage — remembers that you closed the offer pop-up so it is not shown again — until you clear your browser data
  • Shopify Inbox chat — if you open the chat, it keeps your ongoing conversation in your browser

3. Analytics (off by default)

They help us understand how the site is used (pages viewed, clicks, scrolling) so we can improve it. Because they can recognize you from one visit to the next, we only turn them on with your agreement.

  • _shopify_analytics (Shopify) — store and checkout statistics — 1 year
  • Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation, United States) — heatmaps and session recordings with input fields masked:
    • _clck — Clarity user ID and preferences (site-specific)
    • _clsk — links page views from the same visit
    • CLID, MUID, MR, SM, ANONCHK — Microsoft third-party cookies used to recognize the browser
    Durations are set by Microsoft (up to about 1 year for identifiers). If you decline, Clarity sets no cookies.

4. Marketing (off by default)

  • _shopify_marketing (Shopify) — measures how our promotions perform — 1 year

We do not currently use any social media advertising pixel. If we add one, it will be listed here and stay off until you accept it.

5. Managing your choices

  • Click "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of the page to accept or decline each category.
  • You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, the cart and checkout may not work.
