Track your Velora Lab order
Once your order has been dispatched, Velora Lab sends a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
How to track your package
- Open the shipping confirmation email sent after dispatch.
- Select the tracking link or copy the tracking number provided.
- Follow the carrier updates to view the latest delivery status.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch. Estimated delivery after dispatch is usually 7–15 business days and may take up to 20 business days in some cases.
If you have not received tracking information after your order has been dispatched, or if your tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact Velora Lab support.
