How to Use

Remove the existing insole when appropriate, place the new pair flat inside the shoes and confirm a comfortable fit before extended wear.

Good to Know

Sizing and shoe compatibility vary. These insoles are not orthopedic devices and do not treat foot or posture conditions.

We ship to Canada and the United States. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes 7–15 business days, and up to 20 business days during peak periods or to remote areas.

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders are shipped by our supplier, often from a warehouse outside Canada.

Outside Canada, import duties or taxes may be charged by the destination country; they are not included in our prices.

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
